Context is the background the AI uses when it generates a draft - what has happened before, which factors come into play, and what the consultation builds on. With context, the draft becomes more accurate and relevant.
How to give context
You give the note context in Min Assistent. Here you link the patient to the task and add the relevant background before the draft is generated:
- Link the patient to the task, so the draft belongs to the right course of treatment.
- Attach relevant documents - for example a previous note or a test result - so the AI has the background with it.
- Write a short background if there is something important that does not appear in the consultation itself.
Why it makes a difference
The context is used automatically to make the draft more accurate. The same background can carry across tasks - note, summary, referral - so there is consistency in what you document about the patient.
Does the tool pull from the record itself?
Today you give the context yourself by linking the patient and attaching what is relevant. Integration directly with your record system is a possibility that is on the way - until then you have full control over what the AI gets.
