Two ways to start
You can create a referral or certificate in two ways:
- Directly from the consultation. Once the note is generated, you choose to generate a referral or certificate from the same consultation. Then the clinical information carries over automatically.
- From Min Assistent. Here you choose the template - referral or certificate - and describe what is needed. For certificates you specify the certificate type and purpose.

For certificates you choose the type - for example a LÆ certificate - and the purpose. The draft is generated with the clinical context from the consultation, so you do not start on a blank page. You have full control over the content and approve it before it is signed.
Referrals
A referral is generated as a structured draft to the receiving instance. The draft gathers relevant information from the consultation - history, objective findings and current medication - in the format the recipient expects.
You always approve yourself
The tool makes a draft. Responsibility for the content is yours. You read it through, correct what needs correcting, and approve - exactly as with an ordinary note. Nothing is sent or signed without you having seen it.
